Cup of Joe to Relieve Your Morning Stress (and keep those eyelids from shutting)?

Who knew?  Coffee, it’s actually good for you!  Caffeine, according to researchers, is high in antioxidants and vitamins that help repair cell damage.  Europeans have their red wine; Asians have green tea, and Americans?!  We have our coffee, of course!

But, before you overdo it, the American Chemical Society reminds us that coffee is not necessarily the best source for antioxidants.  You are better off consuming fruits and vegetables, than drinking coffee, to get your source of antioxidants.  Oh yea, well why are there Starbuck coffee chains on every street corner in the good old U S of A?  Make mine a triple latte with lots of whipped cream and a cherry, I mean a zucchini, on top.
