Buyout: Weblog Googling and Creative ChangesThe web’s premier search site, Google has purchased Pyra Labs, a SanFrancisco company that created some of the earliest weblog technology. Blogging is becoming a valuable communication tool for groups of people who are infiltrating corporate, university, and government spheres. Google is planning on pushing ahead toward a global self-publishing phenomenon, connecting internet users with dynamic diverse points of view, while also allowing comment and participation.
