Here’s the Rap: Sean (P. Diddy) Combs Sued

Random House has filled a suit against Sean Combs (P. Diddy)  and Bad Boy Books for $300,000 to recover an advance payment for his autobiography that was never delivered.

Combs signed an agreement with Random House imprint, Ballantine in 1998 for delivery of his autobiography in 1999 that was never delivered. After waiting for five years with no receipt of manuscript or return of the money advanced to Combs, Random House (Ballantine) was left with no choice but to take legal action. More on results of lawsuit will be revealed at a later date.
