Changing Careers: Movie Star to Writer

Bill Murray is thinking about changing careers. The 54 year-old Oscar-nominated star of “Lost in Translation” and “Life Aquatic” wants to be a writer. Mr. Murray likes to write and would like to try his hand at playwriting after being successful as an actor and celebrity golfer at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.

It wouldn’t be the first time a comic actor turned out to be a good writer. Steve Martin has written well-received plays and best selling novels.
